Welcome to the series, “Empowering The Mind: 14 Strategies To Help With Winning the Battle In Your Mind.” Gerald Chertavian says, “The ABC’s are attitude, behavior and communication skills,” and in this series will will address behavior, followed by attitude and communication. The ultimate benefit is having healthy habits in the mind is the positive influence it has in our relationships, employment, and our general well being. A liberated mind is one that has been freed from negative thoughts. Negative thoughts create negative behaviors. Negative behaviors has a negative affect on people and the environment around us.

This series will be more than just something to read, but will have action steps in each topic. Therefore if you are willing to put the work in, when it is done you should have a good start in winning the battle in your mind. Am I saying that this is going to change your life? No, but it will give you one of many tools needed to be successful in seeing things change in your life. To fully participate you will need whatever is more comfortable for you to journal, be it your phone, tablet, a journal, or spiral notebook. The series is going to help you visualize your thoughts in writing so that we can discover and work on any unhealthy thoughts that may be influencing your external behaviors.
